Directions to make your own scratch-off cards in Microsoft Publisher.
Right click and save Target as. Open your file and add your text. Insert your favorite clip art and type your prize in the circle. Apply the scratch-off sticker over the circle.

I recommend printing  on 110 lb card stock.  You can also use regular paper. Print your cards and peel the self adhesive scratch-off stickers from the back. Apply over your prize. You're done. Easy as 1,2,3.
