All scratch-off sticker orders ship via USPS with Delivery Confirmation via First Class or Priority mail through the post office.

Overnight orders ship next business day unless you've made arrangements prior by calling Terra @ 1-888-430-4491

Orders are shipped within 2 to 5 business days AFTER the order has been received. 2 to 5 business days DOES NOT include the time to ship to you. Shipping can take an additional 3-10 days depending on the shipping method chosen. Please plan on allowing enough time for orders to reach you.

Most orders shipped via USPS with Delivery Confirmation are received within 3 to 4 Postal business days. 

We do ship to other countries outside of the United States of America via International Priority Mail and First Class International Mail. International Priority mail takes 5-14 business days and can take up to 30 business days, depending on customs. First class International mail takes 3 to 4 weeks depending on the post office.

International First class shipping-this method usually takes 2-4 weeks to arrive.
International Priority mail takes 7-30 business days.

Great Britain
International First Class shipping- this method usually takes 10-14 days to arrive.
International Priority mail takes 7-30 business days. Most customers report it’s been taking 5 business days.
International Express Shipping- this is the fastest method-usually takes 3 business days with a guaranteed delivery date..

Please make sure and verify that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for errors you make on your shipping address. If we have to reship your order, there will be a fee.

Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for postal delays. If you need an exact delivery date, you will need to choose International Express or Fedex.

Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless there is an issue with the scratch-off-stickers.
